Swan Lake: Ballet Stories Camp – (Ages 4-6) & (Ages 7+)

Like our very own Veritas Dance Company performing Swan Lake this May, students will will read, dance, act out, and learn some of the real steps/arm movements of the famous ballet. Our Ballet Stories Swan Lake Camp will include dance class, creative movement, themed games, arts & crafts, and water play!

Little Dreamers Class: JULY SESSION – (Ages 3-5)

“Little Dreamers” is part of our Pre-Ballet program, a class designed to introduce young children to ballet and tap technique in a fun and creative setting. Children will be exposed to dance in the traditional ways as well as through games and creative expression encouraging a love of music and dance and building self-esteem, coordination, and gross motor skills.

Little Dreamers Class: AUGUST SESSION – (Ages 3-5)

Beginner Dance Camp (Ages 7-10)

This is an all-around dance camp where students will take part in fun, age appropriate classes in ballet technique, modern, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, and hip hop. Campers will take part in various dance classes daily with an emphasis on technique, learning combinations, and of course having fun! This camp also includes water play outside and crafts!

We offer 3 weeks of this camp and it can be broken up into the following possible registrations:

Full 3 weeks, Full day- highly discounted
Full 3 weeks, Half day- discounted
Per week, Full day- slightly discounted
Per week, Half day – full rate

Jr. Jazz/Lyrical Competition Dance Camp – (Ages 8+)

*audition required April 26th 1PM – 2:30PM

This camp is for students on or interested in joining the Junior Jazz/Lyrical Competition Team for the 2026/27 Season. This camp will focus on strengthening jazz, lyrical, and contemporary technique and preparing group dance choreography for the upcoming season. This camp does require auditioning for the team on April 26th 1PM – 2:30PM. Aerial Silks Camp – (Ages 10+)

In Aerial Silks Camp, campers will learn the foundations of climbing, wrist keys and foot keys, and more advanced students will focus on more complex combinations and skills. All students will get to experience putting together short aerial silks combinations to music with theatricality and fluidity. Because of the nature of the technique, the instructor will cater material according to each student’s level & ability to ensure a safe and fun learning experience.

Intermediate Dance Camp – (Ages 10-14)

This is an all-around dance camp where students will take part in fun, age appropriate classes in ballet technique, pointe technique (if applicable), modern, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, and hip hop. Campers will take part in various dance classes daily with an emphasis on technique, learning combinations, and of course having fun! This camp also includes age appropriate dance-related crafts and activities.

We offer 3 weeks of this camp and it can be broken up into the following possible registrations:

Full 3 weeks, Full day- highly discounted
Full 3 weeks, Half day- discounted
Per week, Full day- slightly discounted
Per week, Half day – full rate

Sr. Jazz/Lyrical Competition Dance Camp – (Ages 12+)

This camp is for students on or interested in joining the Senior Jazz/Lyrical Competition Team for the 2026/27 Season. This camp will focus on strengthening jazz, lyrical, and contemporary technique and preparing group dance choreography for the upcoming season. This camp does require auditioning for the team on Sunday April 26th 11AM – 12:30PM. Pre-Professional Performance Intensive (Ages High School & Above)

*audition required Friday April 17th 3:30PM – 5:00PM.

We are thrilled to be hosting our first ever Pre-Professional Performance Intensive this summer at Dream Studio! Taking place over two weeks (July 6th-18th) dancers will take daily classes and learn original contemporary repertoire from NYC guest artists Chris Bloom (Parsons Dance, Ballet Hispanico), Laura Perich (Complexions), and Aaron Barela (Aaron McGloin Dance, Dream Studio Faculty), who will direct the program. The intensive will focus on developing dancers’ performance quality, movement dynamics, and contemporary dance technique. The program will culminate in a public performance showcasing three new repertoire creations on Saturday, July 18th.

Daily classes will be open to all dancers at an intermediate/advanced level with instructor permission and include contemporary technique, partnering, ballet, floorwork, and more (schedule coming soon). Dancers interested in the Performance Intensive must be high school age or older and are required to audition on Friday April 17th 3:30PM – 5:00PM.

Open Contemporary Class Int/Adv (Ages 12+ instructor permission required)

This class is part of the Pre-Professional Performance Intensive but drop-ins are also available for students who are not taking part in the intensive, as long as they have instructor permission. Open Ballet Class Int/Adv (Ages 12+ instructor permission required)

This class is designed for intermediate to advanced ballet students who are looking to expand their technique and keep sills fresh over the summer. Classes will be taught by Dream Studio Faculty/Guests and will take place 3 times per week on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.

We will offer 3 weeks of this class, and each week will be held based on participation. Registration possibilities are:

Full 3 weeks (9 classes Total)
Per week (3 classes)
Daily Drop-In

Advanced Dance Camp – (Ages 14+)

This is an all-around dance camp where students will take part in fun, age appropriate classes in ballet technique, pointe technique (if applicable), modern, contemporary, jazz, tap, and hip hop. Students will take part in various dance classes daily with an emphasis on developing strength, technique, and artistry.

We offer 3 weeks of this camp and it can be broken up into the following possible registrations:

Full 3 weeks, Full day- highly discounted
Full 3 weeks, Half day- discounted
Per week, Full day- slightly discounted
Per week, Half day – full rate

Le Corsaire Repertory Camp – (Veritas Dance Company, instructor permission required)

This Camp is available to Veritas Dance Company Jr. & Sr. students who are interested in taking part in Repertory for the 2026/27 academic year. Because the Repertory Program is an extension of the Veritas Dance Company, students are required to be Veritas Dance Company members. However, Repertory is not a requirement for all Veritas students.

During Repertory Camp, students will have the opportunity to learn variations from the famous ballet Le Corsaire in preparation for adapting/restaging the ballet to be performed in the Veritas Dance Company Performances, May 2027.

Veritas Senior Camp – (instructor permission required)

Veritas is the pre-professional modern dance company of Dream Studio Dance. Artistic director and choreographer, Lara Ganz, founded the company in 2005 to offer advanced and highly dedicated students the opportunity to experience what it is like to be part of a professional dance company while still nurturing their needs and interests as budding artists.

During Veritas Camp, company members will work on creative development and prepare choreography for performances throughout the 2026/27 Season.

Veritas Jr. is the Junior Company for middle school-aged students of Veritas Dance Company. During Veritas Jr. Camp, company members will work on creative development and prepare choreography for performances throughout the 2026/27 Season.
